Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2, 2026 · Stub for early access / ads landing

By using Second Me (the website, waitlist, demo, or product), you agree to these early-access terms. This is a public page — you do not need an account to read it.

The service

Second Me is a household coordination assistant. Features may change during early access. Demos may use fixture data and stubbed integrations (messaging, Google, Instacart).

SMS on paid plans has no hard message caps and is subject to fair household use — automated bulk or non-household messaging may be throttled or suspended.

Not childcare placement

We do not provide childcare placement, background checks, or caregiver matching. You remain responsible for all childcare and safety decisions for your family.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate waitlist or account information.
  • Only connect accounts you are authorized to use (e.g. your Gmail / Calendar).
  • Do not rely on the product as the sole source of critical safety, medical, or legal information.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” during early access. We make no warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the demo or product.

Changes

We may update these terms as we move from waitlist to paid launch. Material changes will be posted on this page.
