Last updated: September 2, 2026 · Stub for early access / ads landing
Second Me (“we”) helps working parents coordinate household logistics via text and a lightweight dashboard. This page explains how we think about your data while we are in early access.
What we collect
- Waitlist email (and optional first name) when you join from the landing page.
- Account and connection data if you connect Gmail or Calendar — used to build briefs for your household.
- Messages and preferences you send in the product (claims, dinner feedback, etc.).
PII and school data
Personally identifiable information (PII) and school-related content (emails, calendar events, kid names in your household) are treated as sensitive. We use them to generate your briefs and coordinate tasks — not to sell ads against your family, and not to build marketing profiles of children.
What we don't do
- We are not a childcare placement service. We do not match nannies, sitters, au pairs, or daycare openings.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your kids' school records for third-party advertising.
Retention
Waitlist emails are kept until you ask to be removed or we sunset the list. Connected mailbox data is retained only as needed to operate the service. Contact us to delete your waitlist entry or account data.

Questions about privacy: use the waitlist email channel or reply to any product message once you have access. This stub will be replaced with a full policy before paid launch.
